Majora's Mask, I would say The Fierce Deity's Mask. I'm a huuuuge zelda fan and have to have everything complete by the time I come close to finishing a game. xD

My favorite power-up for Mario is the classic P Wing... I know a lot of people think it's cheating but it's rare for a reason and cheating or not it's still pretty sweet... Second fave is of course the Tanooki suit, it's pretty bad ass too...lol

My favorite Mario powerup is the Fire Flower >:D Kekeke, I guess I love it so much because I remember standing on platforms in Super Mario Bros 3 and blasting the bloody hell out of Goombas (: And as for my favorite mask in Majora's Mask, I'm sort of torn between two- I like the Bremen mask a lot just for the sake of having chicks parade around behind Link (xD), but I'm quite fond of Zora's Mask :D The Fierce Deity mask is great too, but all in all, those two are the most entertaining I think (:
